  • Soft, sleepable design reduces jaw pressure
  • Affordable alternative to costly custom guards

Rinse it each morning, let it dry, and keep it in its case between wears. Do not share a guard with anyone else.

Do not clean it with boiling water or in the dishwasher. That undoes the shape you set.

Orders are dispatched within 1 to 3 business days and arrive 5 to 10 business days after that. You get tracking by email once it ships.

Unopened guards can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the item price. Opened guards cannot come back, for hygiene reasons.

If anything arrives faulty or is not what you ordered, we replace it or refund you in full. Return postage is yours on change of mind, ours if we got it wrong.

It holds the shape you give it

Soft EVA softens in hot water and sets to your own bite. Once it has set it grips the teeth rather than sitting loose, so you are not fishing it out of the pillow at 3am. Reheat it and start again any time the fit drifts.

  • Hot water, thirty seconds, bite down
  • Soft EVA rather than hard acrylic
  • Remold it as many times as you need

    1. Soften it

Boil water, then let it stand a moment so it is hot but off the boil. Pour it into a cup and submerge the guard for about 30 seconds until it goes soft. Lift it out with a spoon or tongs, not your fingers.

  • img_counter_2_a5b3_63cd83b79234

    2. Bite down

Let the water drip off and bite down firmly while it is still soft. Press it against your teeth with your tongue and fingers for about 20 seconds so the impression goes deep enough to grip.

    3. Set it

Move it into cold water to harden, then rinse it. If the fit is shallow or it sits crooked, reheat it and do it again. There is no limit on attempts.

Questions people ask

About a minute. Thirty seconds in hot water to soften it, bite down, then cold water to set. You can do it the night it arrives.

It is soft EVA rather than hard acrylic, and it sets to your own bite, which is what makes it wearable through the night. Expect to be aware of it for the first few nights. If it feels too bulky, reheat it and remold with a lighter, thinner bite.

We cannot promise it will. It molds around your teeth as they are, so crowns and fillings are usually fine, but braces, a retainer or a partial denture change the picture entirely. Ask your dentist before putting it over any dental appliance.

Once it has set to your bite it grips the teeth rather than resting loose on them. If it works its way out overnight, the impression was too shallow. Reheat it and bite down harder, and hold it longer.

Take it out. Gagging usually means it is seated too far back or the mold came out too thick. Reheat it, seat it further forward and press it thinner against the teeth. If it keeps happening, stop using it and talk to a dentist.

No. It is one size that molds to fit, which works for most adult mouths and not for every one of them. If it will not seat properly after two goes at molding, it is not going to.

Plan on a few months. Rinse it each morning, let it dry and keep it in the case. Replace it when it thins, splits or stops holding its shape. That is why the multi packs work out cheaper.

You do not, until you mold it. That is the honest answer. This is a boil-and-bite guard, not an impression sent to a lab. You can remold it as often as you like, but once the seal is broken it cannot be returned, so if you are unsure that is the moment to decide.
